Abstract
Electronical signal is containment by noise from the instrument .signals and noise are not uniquely defined by their physical nature, detecting of original signal is very important to object quantity. In this paper we use wavelet to reduce low frequency noise and too this method is usable for separation signal in high-resolution mass spectroscopy. inherent entropy property of signal and noise are differ , signal decomposed by wavelet and novel entropy and energy are proposed in this paper to estimate an optimal fitness function in algorithm genetic. decomposition capability of wavelet is consideration to decomposed coefficient and analyzed entropy of signal. we use eight Such as energy, entropy and other to evaluation genetic algorithm. soft shrinkage ,thresholding used in wavelet denoising compared with eight entropy criterions to evaluation of denoised signal . the performance of denoised algorithm is measured by four estimator in this article.
